These Terms & Conditions govern the use of apextruepr.com and the family guidance services offered by Apextruepr Family Advisory Services, LLC. By using the site or retaining our services, you accept these terms.
Apextruepr Family Advisory Services, LLC ("Apextruepr") is a limited liability company registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State under number 412687-LLC, with EIN 66-0928374 and offices at 1255 Ponce de León Avenue, Suite 504, San Juan, PR 00907.
Apextruepr provides guidance, case preparation and administrative support for federal and state assistance programs. Apextruepr is not a government agency and does not guarantee approval of any benefit. Final decisions are always made by the competent agency.
To retain services you must be of legal age and a resident or taxpayer with ties to Puerto Rico or the United States. You represent that the information you provide is true, complete and current.
You agree not to use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activities. Automated mass data extraction without prior written authorization is forbidden.
All site content (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Apextruepr or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States. Reproduction in whole or in part without authorization is prohibited.
The initial consultation and eligibility check are free. Any additional service is agreed in writing through a detailed proposal stating fees, timelines and deliverables. Payments are made in U.S. dollars and in accordance with Puerto Rico tax law, including IVU where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apextruepr's total liability arising from use of the site or services is limited to the amount actually paid by the client during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Apextruepr is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version on this page with the update date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of San Juan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
