At Apextruepr Family Advisory Services, LLC ("Apextruepr", "we") we handle your personal data with the care you would expect from a family guidance center. This Policy explains what data we collect when you visit apextruepr.com or request a consultation, what we use it for, how long we keep it and which rights you can exercise at any time.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Apextruepr Family Advisory Services, LLC, with offices at 1255 Ponce de León Avenue, Suite 504, San Juan, PR 00907, EIN 66-0928374, registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State under number 412687-LLC. You can reach us at hola@apextruepr.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the consultation form (name, email and message), basic operational information from your browser (language, truncated IP address, date and time), and, subject to your consent, advertising and analytics measurement data through Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to respond to your consultation request, prepare your case file, comply with accounting and tax obligations in Puerto Rico and the United States, prevent fraud and, with your consent, improve the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (form, analytics and advertising cookies), the performance of a service contract when you retain our support, compliance with applicable laws in Puerto Rico (including Act 111 of 2005 on personal information security) and our legitimate interest in operating the site safely.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share only the strictly necessary information with: (a) Google LLC for advertising measurement with Consent Mode v2, only if you allow it; (b) federal and state agencies (FEMA, HUD, IRS, Hacienda PR, USDA) when you retain us to submit a file on your behalf; (c) technology providers under confidentiality and secure-processing agreements.
6. Retention periods
General contact data is kept for 24 months from the last interaction. Client case files are kept for 7 years, in line with applicable accounting and audit requirements. Cookie consent records are kept for 13 months.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to hola@apextruepr.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, multi-factor authentication for our team, encrypted backups in U.S.-based data centers and annual independent security reviews.
9. Minors
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has provided us with data without authorization, they may write to us to have it deleted.
10. Changes to this Policy
We will publish any substantial change on this page with a new update date. If the changes affect data already collected, we will notify you by email where appropriate.
